Salvation

Birth and Death are common for all creations. Birth and Death are only for the Body.
Death is certain after birth.

Soul or Atma has no death. Soul is permanent, eternal, ever-present, motionless, but stable. That soul is out of reach of the five senses and cannot be visualized by our mind.

All living things remain invisible before birth and after death: they appear during the gap between birth and death.

Seldom some people realize this truth about soul. Another exclaims it in awe .
Yet another person searches and inquires about soul but never succeeds in seeing what is soul or atma.

Self-controlled and Selfless mind is the only method available to come out of the vicious circle of Birth and Death. Live like a Tortoise which tends to retract everything  into its hard shell when it senses the oncoming danger.

So, don't vacillate between the twin attributes of mind  like Joy-Grief , Good-Bad, Like-Dislike, Friend-Enemy, etc. And don't long for gathering and preservation of transitory and  false material happiness which produces the effect of good and bad karma.

Instead, seek the bliss from the eternal and omniscient God. Because, the worldly happiness is ephemeral in nature whilst the blessings of God extinguish the recurrence of death and birth cycle.

This is akin to "A fish getting exulted in the vast Ocean after passing through the small ponds, lakes and rivers".
