Knowledge and Ignorance

Our body is called as Kshetram. The one who discovers this fact of Kshetram is termed as Kshetragnan which is actually the life-soul or Jeevatma(Sanskrit equivalent).

But the same life soul or Jeevatma that resides in all Ksehtrams has origin in God . So, any soul is God only which implies all souls are equal and divine in nature.

Gnana or Knowledge is actually the power to discern what makes the existence of the  two aspects i.e. Kshetram and Kshetragnan which are in fact the manifestations as “Nature(Praakruti)” and “Life(Purusha).” In other words, it goes beyond where Vignana (Science) stops, to understand the source for nature and life in the universe.

Vignana or Science refers to the discovery of the unknown aspects of life and matter, but never goes beyond by saying “It’s Incomprehensible”.

The principle or philosophy of Kshetram and Kshetragnan is described and explained by the sages and various scriptures including Vedas.

Kshetram is made up of Panchaboothas (five elements)prideintelligencesource natureten senses (five of action nature as speechhandslegs, sexual organs and buttocks, and remaining five of Knowledge type as eyesearskinnose and tongue), the mind and five fields of the senses as tastelightfeelsound and smell, and  conflicting twins as like and dislike, pleasure and pain, physique and mental strength and firmness.

Humbleness, Honesty, Non-violence, Tolerance, Obedience, and Service to  Elders, clean mind and body, strong will power, and control over senses and mind, uninterested in eternal and  worldly affairslack of self pridefrequent recollection about the griefs of aging and diseases, and also realizing the effects of vicious birth and death, not owning anything and having balanced attitude at all times, living away from the normal people but remain enjoined to the existence of God and thereby realizing the truth itself all these  put together is called as Gnana (knowledge)

That which differs with the above description is termed as Agnana(Ignorance).
