Yogi

A person or soul who has self-control and discipline is called as YOGI. Such a person becomes a Friend to his/her self. But the one who has no control over his mind, senses, and body is bound to harm the self.

God resides forever in the thought or mind of Yogi and hence, said to be blessed by God.

Yogi has no distinction for likes or dislikes, friend or foe, good or bad, known or unknown, man or animal, insect or worm, shrub or tree. Hence, treats everything equally with love and care as he considers them are different forms of God only.

Yogi maintains his qualities through sheer practice and strict discipline as below.
1) Meditation
2) Moderation in Food intake
3)Moderation in Rest and Sleep.
4) Motivation for Work and Worship of God.

Owing to the the detached, peaceful and sinless life, he is ordained to get bliss.

Such Yogi lives in eternal God only as his/her thoughts always merge with God only.
